All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Tea With Coffee Media are considered final. Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Pre-Orders Cancellation Window

For pre-orders, customers have the option to cancel their order within 48 hours before the official release date of the book. To cancel a pre-order, customers must contact our customer support team via email and provide the necessary order details. After the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, pre-orders are subject to the “All Sales Are Final” policy.


The “All Sales Are Final” policy applies to all purchases except in cases where:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement.
  • If you receive the wrong book in your order, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will arrange for the correct book to be shipped to you, and you may need to return the incorrect item, depending on the situation.

Note: In cases of exceptions, we may request photographic evidence or other relevant documentation to process your claim.
